    The searching is absolutely horrible now! Showing black characters in degrading positions - some with "out of bounds" captioned ...and all such child-like bullshit! Just horrible! 

This wasn't even the image I had - it was a funny  basketball player out of bounds! I want to change this.

Paid record: OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER 2024 ONLY. 
THEY REFUSED MY DECEMBER PAYMENT! I MOTIONED TO OPEN! THE MOTION SHOULD HAVE BEEN HEARD BUT LIKE 99.9% OF PLEADINGS, ALAYNA STONE DOESN'T HEAR PLEADINGS  BECAUSE SHE CAN ONLY DO WHAT THEY TELL HER TO DO IN THE ITTY BITTY WIRE OR MICROCHIP SHE HAS! I got another bank check at the cost of $15 and brought it to the management. Kyle Huckle's itty bitty wire or microchip told him to refuse payment, not knowing why! I left it on the desk when he couldn't see me and walked out! Someone got these x-holes to deposit/cash it. (They've been cashing my checks only I found out!) Amount of rent: $198 (tenant portion) 

Missing: another payment record... I'll be back.... - 12:43am 12/13/2025 It's very important to make some points!  Found it! - 1:14am 

This is why this is particularly significant:                 πŸ”΄The court agreed that my rent was $198; yet Alayna Stone increased my rent, which was outside the law. She refused to cite any law or rule in which she could do that because she was saying what she was told! 
           πŸ”΄Chief Clerk William Pitt deleted my payment for March when they realized I was proving I paid for December!
                If a Section 8 tenant doesn't pay for 3 months, the housing authority can stop funding the landlord and they can evict me! So they are all conspiring x-holes! 
                       I was marked as not paying December and January and February because the court refused to issue an order on who to pay! 
                     The court also denied my fee waiver for transcripts so I had to pay $168, I think. The court frauded records recently during the appellate process, indicating the fee waiver was granted despite my submitting the damn receipts for payment of the transcripts - yet they were in useful due to the recording being altered. Wasn't the court reporters fault. They've done that crap for years! So I know! I motioned to correct the record , for rectification, and more! They denied all of them and don't expect the Higher Court, Appellate, to do a damn thing because they all feed the same BEAST! They could have compelled the trial court to correct the record! A simple removal of the malware was all that was needed! 

     Also, Alayna Stone raised my rent to $264! That's ILLEGAL! 

So, since I paid rent for December, Attorney Pitt decided to delete my payment for March out of the computer system- even though on February 11, Stone ordered payments to begin March and if I hadn't made that payment, they would have had a martial/marshal  steal all my things as they have before! Kick me out with nothing! Tough shit I'm disabled! They have to follow the OBAMA PLAN - which mirrors the New Order Of Barbarians!

This was not Courtney the clerk's fault. She does a good job. 
Below is the Deputy Clerk - he WANTED to process my payment for this month because Pitt deleted payment for November, and they were lining me up for another 3-month-in-a-row nonpayment. Though the Housing Authority is a DEFENDANT in my case, They were actually issued a court order due to their act of defaulting....the kicker is, the court doesn't say they defaulted, they ring something else around the rosey. Then, just the morning of Friday, I noticed they motioned for extension of time to RESPOND to my brief! They were told they could not participate months ago! I forgot to mention that to the Appellate  clerk I spoke to. He mentioned I have two days to submit my opposition, so this is Day 1 since it's 1:40 am and I need to get back to bed. I will work on this tomorrow. I cannot afford to leave my apartment until it's complete because they steal what they can and when they can - out of my apartment. 
Emphasis: Atty Michael D deliberately did not enter my payment in the case information! Atty Pitt deleted/overrode what Courtney, Lisa, or Yvanna entered when they processed my November payment! I need to take a picture of that case information. It will be uploaded below.

This is part of the first page of trial court case look up. Notice the RETURN DATE is November 4! The return date on the summons was November 12 - another act of fraud since they wanted to rig it AFTER Alayna Stone would dismiss my housing complaint, claiming the Notice To Quit was valid because it was typed right! LEGAL EFFICACY DIDN'T MATTER AT THAT JUNCTION ! πŸ₯΄

And here is the last page - oh I need to show you when this was printed... December 8, 2025 - after I made my December payment but the Deputy Chief Clerk skipped over it!

Here it is. Payment of $264 on  7/07/2025 made! Payment of $264 on 8/8/2025 made!! Payment of $264 on 9/04/2025 made! Payment of $264 on 10/08/2025 made! Payment of $264 in November 2025 made and processed same way but was overridden by Chief Housing Clerk Pitt! DELETED! Payment for December, this month, MADE! Deputy Chief Clerk wanted to process me so he could evade entering the payment! So next month they could celebrate evicting me via Housing Authority, which will just look at the case information and not validate anything because they will also be able to steal my papers when they do a surprise eviction! 
That's the depravity that goes on!

I made other blogposts about this in my THUNDER FLOWER blog and my MOTHER EARTH TOO 2022 blog. I should reference them at the top here. So many problems, so little time! May this be a stepping stone to help others who are going through illegal evictions! A good presenter like the doorloop website could extract what's useful. AND look at the trial court and Appellate Court cases to also extract information to help all the boys and girls who ate the bullfrog from crooked housing officials.

My appearance, Answer, and special defenses were made the same day I saw the damn summons tucked in my doorknob in the hallway.  I entered "no docket number" and they said they couldn't upload it to the case and Pitt said, "There's nothing I can do. They are commissioners of the court. They can do what they want" So he refused to do his damn job spouting off BS! Every licensed attorney is a Commissioner Of The Court!

Attorney Pitt frauded the form after it was taken in - which is illegal! When a Pro Se (self-represented) party submits a form,  The court is required to correct anything that would make a court form unacceptable BEFORE it is stamped in! They cannot alter it after it is stamped in! I had a copy of what was stamped in, that's why! He could tell me to resubmit one yet if he had, I would have made damn sure I would have included the prior one because the court officials fraud records all the time!

The court can make a booboo and then cause the Appellant to suffer by having to redo many forms! 


 





Incase any boys and girls didn't see this; my landlord was ordered by a court to remove almost $14,000 in charges!

Here, They had their HAP reduced, so I figured they were abated! That's like a fine! I continued to pay the same amount because there was nothing else I received! The requirement is - the landlord is supposed to create an addendum to the lease when my HAP portion is changed and So agree to it. I had no hearing when they have increased my rent and requested it! They have to record hearings, that's why! They have to be held accountable! That's why! 

They even entered the ledger as evidence! I said, Sure! I don't have an objection! They frame themselves with everything they entered! They are frauds! I said that right it court and it wasn't stricken! Yet they used malware to alter the UNTOUCHABLE TRANSCRIPT RECORD - because the court is run by frauds also! 

I submitted a housing complaint with an appendix of 264 pages! And Alayna Stone said those documents were irrelevant to trial! WTF 
I couldn't just refer to them - and now, after the depraved abusive Contracted-By-Homeland-Security pieces of πŸ’© stole all my flash drives when I went to to Social Security office - they could alter my appendix to the complaint and get away with cyber crime! TRAITORS TO THE USA RUN THE USA!

Appellate Attorney entered his appearance and said ONLY AFTER HE SAW MY BRIEF: 
I don't feel like responding to it - which is obviously a default but this court system runs on their own rules and claims since the US Constitution was signed in Connecticut they can do what they damn want! TSLaw!

Illegal intruders are poisoning my plants again!   ILLEGAL INTRUDERS HAVE STOLEN, Vandalized my apartment, poisoned my food - for 13 years - and the Housing Authority does nothing! 

My HAP contract indicates its Tenant-based - they in turn lie about it being project-based to further manipulate the law!.

They are not the forms for project based! I tell them that and they do more harm to me - including having the maintenance manager use violence to smash in my door when I was taking a bath! I almost had a heart attack, screaming! I noted it in my blog and he was ordered out when he was a foot away from me! He stopped like a freaking robot and walked out when he could have raped and/or killed me! 

I said a lot here! I am just one person trying to survive this corrupted state - I consider it so crime infested with people disappearing left and right! 

This landlord ANSONIA STATE STREET has no right to sell the property - they are not the owner but say they are the owner and the court lies also! A Limited Deed - "purchased" a $2.2 billion building for $160million - and they have an $89billion mortgage! 

This potting soil is new - I got it from Home Depot a month ago - they put a chemical in it - they have destroyed over 50 plants in here!.

I never had this continuous hell  living in the Midwest! I can't afford to move back. 

They've destroyed my files! Here's a few examples:

I did not have a file marked USPS complaint! 

I did have a file about the crappy YouTube ads! I also have blogposts on that! 

The morning of 12/11, I happened to turn on the radio and a "Chaz and AJ" show was continuously bitching about the USPS with the most stupid false claims! 

So I made a recording of it!  That's probably why they made the fake USPS Complaint files! These evil scumbags even track what I record because they are organized crime!
