They're New Jersey Based but have offices in CT now. They list themselves as Pro hac Vice as if they are from another state - even though their attorneys are in-state, yet don't use their Juris numbers, with A for Active, on cases.
I looked up a few cases. One was a 2024 housing case. It is gone!
Why? They should say something because the damn case was entered in court - which meant the chief housing clerk decided it had merit to be heard! The Chief Housing Clerk is the one who decides on Return dates, which have to follow the law! Which means he sees the summons before it is served and why the hell in my case he did not have the case uploaded the same day it was served! In fact he did not have it uploaded for a freaking week so I had no case number to motion for or to be dismissed or answer to or submit my appearance on! Appearance has to be submitted three days from the damn summons!
No doubt he (Attorney William Pitt) wasn't reprimanded because this behavior makes more money for attorneys!
Attorney Pepe is probably retired and only listed as practicing. Pepe's pizza is one of the well-known companies in Connecticut. My landlord in 2006-2010 said he was an IT specialist but I found out he delivered for Pepe's Pizza. I did what I could to help him out with this new building which was supposed to be an investment. Yet ignorance is bliss. His mother may have told him not to listen to me. The city screwed him big time. He was told there were 3 apartments he could rent. I spent my last dollar moving in with movers who took advantage - over $1,000 just to go a mile! And Corey doesn't want to stand up to anyone so he turns on me to make the corrupted city officials happy! He ended up going bankrupt.

The Return date on the Summons is 1/27/2025
The defendant defaulted on the case entering return on 1/30/2025!

This is not freaking rocket science! Motion to correct spelling of his client's name is bullshit! All they need to do as attorneys is call the plaintiff! The name on the case was correct originally. If the name on the case information was altered it was done by the hand of the chief clerk! This shit is allowed because administrative judges serve themselves, not administer the law! In fact there are so many lawless judges! That's why Lawrence Mark Hurley got away with obviously stealing millions of dollars at the least - from the state! A prosecutor happened to have his bank check searched to see where it was deposited for the prosecutor union. It wasn't! It was embezzled by Lawrence Mark Hurley! Yet the court limited state police auditing records to only 3 years! For the union as well as the court in Milford! Hurley stole hundreds of thousands of dollars that could be determined! The court changed the charges (over 100 charges of embezzlement) to one count forgery and one count larceny - both misdemeanors! Obviously that judge was enriched from the stolen money by Hurley - and what other prosecutors were involved? His cohort at the courthouse 😤 was given a judicial position!

He slammed into me on my side of the highway, going the wrong way on a no-passing highway!

I was illicitly arrested at the University of New Haven and would have been in prison if I let the public defender who was a severe offender - to keep my case! I never agreed to him to begin with. Lori Semrau helped me and encouraged me to go to the law library. It was indeed a lot of work - fighting this cesspool of corruption! The case had no merit to begin with!
They refused to dismiss the case even though the statue of limitations expired a full year before that! Lawrence Mark Hurley was arrested - which only made them more aggressive to me because it was people like me, who are against crime, that caught him, as part of a huge organized criminal operation!
I was charged a misdemeanor - and the idiot officer charged me for reckless endangerment! I saved many documents --they illegally entered and stole them out of my apartment!

The major was probably a CIA operative because he even pulled rank on the colonel once.

Back to this illicit arrest:
Richard Blumenthal conspired with the states attorney to adduce more charges after I sent him a letter because what they were doing was illegal - and he decided to make it even more illegal! Cowards do these things - bullying peaceful people who are against corruption!
The Voire Dire was illegally run by a judge who was out to get me because I fired his son on a personal injury case in which he was making backdoor deals with the multi billion dollar company since their employees slammed into me on the highway as I was going to work! I had a severe concussion. My whole forehead was black and blue! He only wanted me to suffer and not have money to pay rent! I should have been able to get worker's comp as well as a decent settlement! Bruce Levin was probably also in on the Hurley crime ring!
Despite all that, the jurors acquitted me for tow charges and since the court committed double jeopardy by charging me twice for breach of peace, one juror coaxed them to agree to that, figuring I would get off since it was an illegal charge which I filed a motion on, as hard as it was because the trial was right after Voire Dure and I tried to use a preemptory challenge to refuse the contractor who only worked for the West Haven police, saying it was conflict of interest. He was even made the lead juror, hell bent on getting me charged, but jurors said they knew I did nothing wrong but his holding out made them compromise because they wanted to get back to their jobs.
I filed every motion that was my right! I was not guilty of anything! A public defender approached me and criticized me and "You should trust the system" Bullshit! How dare her to feed the corruption!
Because I filed all the motions, they were limited with what they could do to me! The judge x-holes acquitted me, granting my motion to acquit - which means it cannot be appealed! But Kevin Russo, the cohort to Lawrence Mark Hurley, appealed using a case that was falsely recorded, State vs Joseph Alexander James!
I found court documents on microfiche and even spoke to him and his wife! The trial judge was going to dismiss it! He said the case was a sham! That judge was obviously murdered! He had a heart attack!
Nevertheless, the law stated that no acquittal can be appealed! So this x-hole judge made my motion for acquittal to disappear as he he ruled it out of the kindness of his heart!
The state destroyed the Lois Law System to cover up their crimes of FRAUD, ruining people's lives, and more!
Judge Ginsberg, the peadophile liver was the only judge that heard Appeals to the US Supreme Court!

BTW, because I brought attention to Joseph Alexander James, and though the record that Judge x-hole used indicated he was in prison 2 years - Mr. James was never on probation or prison,! They frauded the case to use against me as reason to allow the state to appeal my acquittal!

I have scars all over. Besides a severe closed head injury and scars in my eyes, I had several facial fractures and broken ribs. My neck was in a brace for over a month. My right leg was in a 90° angle - out like Pieces of the car were in my right leg like shrapnel. The attorney made sure all evidence disappeared! The driver who tried to murder me was obviously contracted - and he became a loose canon for them, nervously laughing at a pretrial hearing! I asked him if he was trying to kill me. My attorney was an asshole and told me to shut up and I said why, you aren't saying anything! They obviously "silenced" Perry Hyde as cover up - he probably said things at the bars he drank at. I was dated once by his spotter! Someone who knew - said he was the spotter (who obviously told him when to slam into me as I was coming over a hill!
He first had a stroke and they finished him off. He was 19 when they got him to run into me, about 22 when he died. Perry Hyde of Three Mile Bay. Because the fire department did such a great job saving me, their department was shut down! Their town probably had parasites stealing their money and that gave the allusion I made them go bankrupt! I hardly got anything and my brother took all my investment money! Apparently figuring he deserved it since after all, when he began dating his now-wife, he was supposed to get wealthy fast from the lawsuit my mother signed for Atty Kendall! At that point I was in ICU and they even got my mother to pray I would die. These manipulative schemes would have been overlooked if she just didn't keep doing things, like steal my winter job as housekeeper cook - and I did a much better job than her. She broke her finger at home and quit! Mission Accomplished - I had to leave town! My father took over my store because I had no income for the winter. Life has been total hell and people don't want to be bothered. Including church.
My jaw was broken badly; broken ribs; left femur was a closed compounded fracture, floating in my leg and traction stabilized it to heal, but it was quite painful especially with a knee that had to be reconstructed. People told me that they got bad advice from doctors and gained weight which caused more complications when they got out of the hospital. I kept the weight off. I maintained a fairly low weight, size 10 until I got to Connecticut, especially in New Haven. This is a very unhealthy place for many reasons. Especially because of corruption by courts, city officials, business managers. They like to poison people! They rely on drug trafficking and sex trafficking to feed their greed. Illicit arrest to help this fraudulent landlord to get rid of me! In fact Trooper Naples tried to set me up to hit me with a lethal laser or gun. They were so sure they could pull it off, Dragana LaCore (probably former hooker in Ukraine) called the apartments and told everyone to stay inside because I'm a dangerous person! I was assaulted and the recording of the arrest was altered yet enough was there to realize this was a criminal action by police and this landlord. I shared the recording in a few blog posts.
Page two of this report they only made up after they arrested me! They did not show it to me so I could respond! Lori Semrau said that was foolish to even think she would call police from the courthouse! She couldn't if she wanted to! She was never asked to issue a letter of complaint and if they had, she said she would politely refuse. I could only talk to her after the lame judge just walked out while I was speaking! I refused to plea since there was no probable cause and repeatedly said they were dishonest and abusive! The Nolle was illegal! They didn't want me to get me money back from paying a bail bondsman and of course there is the kidnapping of police plus assault to try to make me go to the hospital - always a good fallback when criminal ops are not working the way they want! I refused treatment! I suffered greatly for a year and when the Ortho Dr saw me - he just had to give me 3 cortisone shots a week apart, which would have killed me. The second one I had horrible effects from so I didn't have a third, after learning they can't be administered that frequently because death could occur!
Third page of the report made up after arrest! BTW, they hacked my computer to change my email to Lori. Lori said it made no sense since I had just left her a voicemail so she figured there was cyber crime coming from somewhere.
Lori even submitted a complaint; I didn't know. I just heard some things she was saying to internal investigations. We didn't discuss it. A little later she was badly injured from someone obviously pouring hit water on the parking lot only where she got on her van, to go pick up her kids. Her leg was badly broken yet nobody would say why she was out! She had to have it operated on.
The fraudulent billing was constant and deliberate! My rent should have been $171 ; the $50 for storage should have resulted in an increase in rent - which would have no effect on what I paid unless they actually processed me as they were supposed to. I learned that on-site charges would have no effect on my rent amount, which was $171.
And these scumbags have stolen everything from my storage units ; I had one which I paid rent on for 9 years; they stole everything and police didn't care. After all that police chief's daughter side-swiped me and my door was so damaged I couldn't get out yet at least I was alive. She totaled my car. The next storage was rented because this place is half the size of the one-bedroom apt I had . It was purchased by paedophile e-god himself, Warren Jeffs and he didn't even register it as a business! An employee refused to take my rent, just like T-Mobile did to me and then healed late fees and turned off my phone on a Sunday! I got a different service but found out Ryan Reynolds sold Mint Mobile to T-Mobile. They are still separate companies though.

I was watching Dimitri's video and tried to email. My email account (both FallonTalon and now ME - these cyber criminals will see this and do some more WTF on me..) was disabled. So I'm here. I could only guess what images to attach because they're not recognizable. But I'm sending a little sunshine too since I took pictures this morning. I got so bummed about the Fraudulent Summons and my head is already in knots about how the hell can the court issue an order to the landlord that they cannot begin a summary process on me yet do it anyway? My housing complaint came before the damn summons, yet Atty Pitt, the chief clerk of housing, conspired with them and used all kinds of nefarious means of delay to help his partners in crime! He wanted to get me Housing Complaint served AFTER the Summons even though the Housing Complaint was approved! And now a fraudulent summons appears! Well, I will probably post this message on my blog somewhere. Meantime Google is discharging my battery to keep me from doing anything even though it's been plugged in a good charger. it's at 5% now 😤
