- No bake oatmeal cookies
- I like to add raisins, not coconut
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar brown sugar can be substituted
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips see note 1
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1-1/4 cups old-fashioned oats

Use almond flour - Suggestion; use 50% almond flour and 50% all-purpose flour. The almonds could do a job on your digestive system. Yet the combination reduces carbs and increases nutrition. There are a variety of substitutions of almond flour also. You can make some very interesting breads. And this recipe doesn't even call for yeast.
I think bread made with lentils is too dense and hard on my gut. I may try making it with part flour due to the nutritional value. Probably 25% lentils..25% wheat flour, 50% white flour.
